Join Water Island Civic Association

We invite all “Water Islanders” to join your Civic Association – making Water Island a better place to live.

Eligibility Requirements for WICA membership are:

A. Property owners on Water Island are automatically eligible for membership.

B. Non-property owners are eligible as new members when they have resided on Water Island for no less than twenty-seven (27) consecutive days in that calendar year.

2024 Annual dues: $200.
